Call for Abstracts


PKLI&RC invites scholars, clinicians, researchers, scientists, healthcare professionals and students to submit abstracts for our upcoming International Symposium 2026. Guided by this year’s theme, Integrating Discovery and Care, the symposium focuses on advancing research that transforms patient care. We welcome original research, case reports, and innovative ideas that highlight advances in patient care, scientific discovery, and emerging technologies.

Join us in showcasing work that strengthens the link between research and clinical excellence.

Each participant may submit only one entry per category.

Information for Abstract Submission


Guidelines for Abstract Submission:

1. Submission category: Oral presentation or e-Poster.
2. Please do not send abstracts in either hard copy or on email address.
3. Acceptance of out-of-format and hard-copy-only abstracts is regretted.
4. Kindly follow the ethical considerations and plagiarism guidelines to avoid later retraction.
5. Conflict of interest, ethics approval, funding source, authorship contribution, and other disclosures should be added. Those with disputed authorship will not be entertained. The content will be checked for plagiarism.
6. The accuracy of the submitted abstract is the responsibility of the authors. Authors should prepare and proof read their abstracts carefully prior to submission. The Abstract Review Committee will not proof-read or correct spelling, typographical, grammatical, or scientific errors, nor can changes be made once the abstract has been submitted.
7. All PRESENTERS must register to attend the PKLI & RC International Symposium 2026.

Guidelines for Oral Presentation

1. All presentations will be performed offline.
2. Oral Presentation talks will be allotted 7 minutes each.
3. Prepare your slide presentation in Microsoft PowerPoint.
4. Proofread to avoid grammatical and spelling errors.
5. Word limit of 200-250 for research/oral papers.
6. An abstract is a summary of research paper substance including its background, purpose, methodology, results and conslusion.
7. Title: Title should be concise, descriptive, and informative. It should be no longer than 15-20 words, and should accurately reflect the content of the abstract.

Font Style/Size:

1. Title: Times New Roman, 12 points, Upper case, Centered text in bold
2. Body: Times New Roman, 11 points; Line spacing: 1, one column of text


Guidelines for E-Poster Presentation

1. Please submit your E-Poster as a JPG file in orientation
2. File Format: JPG file – 1 page is recommended. Portrait Orientation size 32x52inches.
3. Font types: Times New Roman, Font size: > 11. Hyperlinks, animated images, animations and embedded videos are not permitted
4. Images and tables: 3-4 in total, at least 150-300 dpi to ensure that your poster is clear and professional when displayed on screen. Good picture quality is essential. When inserting images, photos, tables, etc., use copy-paste. Do not use embedded documents
5. File size: Less than 5 MB
